Senior Planner

We are currently searching for an experienced Planner to join a global manufacturing organisation and make a significant contribution to the team.

The ideal applicant will have worked with fast moving consumer goods, production, paints, food or pharmaceutical industries and have the ability to handle production plans for a large number of items within the production group itself.

The role of the Planner is to ensure that customers are supplied on time, in full at the specified quality whilst meeting inventory objectives, ensuring the factory is producing the correct products at the correct time, following market and factory parameters and needs, generating and analysing mid to long term capacity for the factory, highlighting any capacity and labour issues.

The successful applicant should also have the ability to demonstrate an understanding of vision, how to contribute and effectively translate the vision into strategies and actions, understand roles and responsibilities, implement creative solutions to problems or opportunities and constructively make changes where appropriate.
